A thank you poem for Cherry Windows

From past experiences, I felt nervous,
Opening my home to quotes and trades,
Wondering if pressure would follow,
Or hurried promises be made.

But Cherry Windows came with kindness,
Polite from the very start,
Friendly, calm and professional,
With respect held at the heart.

From quote to survey, calls and updates,
Each person played their part,
A team that moved with patience,
And a genuinely thoughtful heart.

When the quote arrived in my inbox,
There was no pressure, push or chase,
No pounding calls or “today only” deal,
No rushed decision to face.

Just an honest conversation,
A chance to tweak what I would need,
A company showing the industry
How service should truly lead.

Seven windows for my children’s rooms,
Teenage spaces full of life,
And yes, you can imagine the obstacles,
The belongings, corners, chaos and strife.

Yet nothing seemed to phase your team,
They worked with care and grace,
Respectful in their manner,
And gentle within our space.

As a single mum, that kindness mattered,
The little things were seen,
The rooms were left so tidy,
The rubbish cleared and clean.

And then the extra mile appeared,
A loose door handle made right too,
Not because it was expected,
But because that kindness lives in you.

So please pass on my heartfelt thanks
To every person in your team,
From the first hello to the final finish,
You made the whole thing feel serene.

My children are loving their new rooms,
Warm, safe, settled and bright,
And finally, after all those windy days,
The wind now stays outside at night.
